Arrive in Kathmandu, where you’ll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Take this day to rest, acclimatize, and prepare for your upcoming trek. Explore the city’s local markets or relax at your hotel.
In the morning, you’ll embark on a 6-7 hour drive to Besisahar. The drive will pass through scenic villages, terraced fields, and rivers, giving you your first glimpse of rural Nepal. Arrive in Besisahar and prepare for your trek the next day.
Start your trek with a 5-6 hour walk through terraced fields and lush forests. You’ll pass small villages like Ngadi and Bhulbhule, enjoying the views of snow-capped mountains along the way. Reach Bahundanda and stay overnight in a local teahouse.
Trek for about 5-6 hours, continuing along the Marsyangdi River. As you ascend, you’ll pass through lush forests and picturesque villages. The trek will be more gradual, leading you to Chamje for an overnight stay.
