A detailed description of the itinerary
Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel, and rest. In the evening, enjoy a cultural introduction to the trek. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Fly from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar (around 40 minutes), then start the trek towards Kartike (approximately 4-5 hours walk). The route offers scenic views of terraced fields, small villages, and the surrounding hills. Overnight stay in Kartike.
Trek from Kartike to Gothe Bazaar, a small settlement located at an altitude of 775m. The walk takes around 5-6 hours through lush forests and riverside paths. Overnight in Gothe Bazaar.
Continue trekking through dense forests and small Sherpa villages. The walk takes about 5-6 hours, passing along trails with excellent views of the surrounding valleys. Overnight in Salpa.
The trail continues upwards towards Bung, taking about 5-6 hours of walking through rhododendron forests. You'll begin to feel the cooler mountain air as you gain altitude. Overnight stay in Bung.
Trek to Chyamtang, with a walk of around 5-6 hours. The route takes you through forests and past small villages, offering views of surrounding mountains. Overnight in Chyamtang.
Today, you’ll ascend to Pangum at 2,600m, a charming village with views of Makalu and other surrounding peaks. The trek takes about 5-6 hours. Overnight stay in Pangum.

Begin your descent back towards Mude, which takes around 6-7 hours. The trek will be much easier on the way down, with views of the valleys and forests along the way. Overnight stay in Mude.
The final day of trekking will take around 5-6 hours to descend back to Tumlingtar.
Fly back to Kathmandu, marking the end of the trek. Overnight stay in Kathmandu or departure depending on your schedule.
