Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (approximately 7-8 hours). Stay overnight in a teahouse.
Trek through the forest along the Langtang Khola, passing through villages like Bamboo and Pahiro, reaching Lama Hotel (5-6 hours of trekking).
Continue your trek, passing through dense forests and emerging into the open Langtang Valley with spectacular views of Langtang Lirung. (5-6 hours of trekking).
Trek to Kyanjin Gompa, visiting the Kyanjin Monastery and exploring the valley. (4-5 hours of trekking).
Spend the day acclimatizing. You can hike to Tsergo Ri (4,984m) or explore the surrounding areas for breathtaking views.
