    "Everest base camp via Gokyo lakes"
    "The trek to Everest base camp via Gokyo lakes was enjoyable. Though this trek is graded as extreme I didn’t felt that though it was very much fun. The best part was Gokyo Lake and Gokyo Ri which gave a excellent view of the Lakes, Glacier and Everest. Guides were very much helpful can’t fault them anyway. They put us first and assure that we were safe and comfortable.
    All in all, it was a fairly enjoyable 14 days of walking through the remote area free from all the gadgets (expect camera) was really new experience to me. An opportunity provided by Dawn in Nepal Adventure which went fabulous".

Makalu 3 cols Trek one of  the adventurous trekking trail in world. Makalu 3 cols trek is an absolute classic adventure trip. After the Makalu Base Camp we cross the 3 difficult passes which are Sherpani Col (6110m), West Col (6135m) and Amphu Laptsha Pass (5845m). Main attraction of Makalu three col trekking are spectacular views of the 8000-ers Cho Oyo (8153m) Lhotse (8501m), Baruntse, Ama Dablam, Pumori, Thamserku, Everest (8848m), Makalu (8475m) and Kanchenjunga (8586m. Makalu barun national park and Sagarmatha national park are decorated with 3.000 species of flowering plants, with hundreds of orchid varieties, 48. Primroses and 25 of Nepal’s 30 rhododendrons beside those forests are the shelter of wildlife, including endangered red panda and musk deer as well as the ghoral, Himalayan tahr and leopard. Ornithologists have identified 400 bird species, at least 16 of which are extremely rare.
Mount Makalu, the world’s Fifth highest peak of the world. Makalu 3 cols trekking trail follows the picturesque and rarely trekked route, which passes through a number of interesting settlements and offers tantalizing views of the highest peaks of the earth. On Makalu 3 cols trek we have allowed a couple of days for acclimatization at Sherson and beyond in the laps of these giant peaks. From here we move to a higher camp at the foot of the Barun Glacier then we make our final preparation for the traverse of the three cols. Our expert guides will fix ropes on the steepest and most exposed sections of the passes, for the safety of the group, staffs and porters. After crossing Makalu 3 cols we reach most popular Everest region then trail descend towards lukla.
Makalu 3 cols trek start from Tumlingtar and end at lukla. Makalu 3 cols trekking is suitable for experienced hikers or climbers with alpine experience. Normal walking experience is not enough for Makalu 3 cols trekking. Best season for Makalu 3 cols trek is March to May and September to November.

Day 01 : Welcome to Nepal, upon your arrival in Nepal our representative welcome you and assists to transfer hotel.
Day 02 : Kathmandu Valley city tours and preparation for upcoming trek.
Day 03 : Flight from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar then trek to Kahandbari(1030m)
Day 04 : Trek from Kahandbari to Bhotebas (1700m).
Day 05 : Trek from Bhotebas (1700m) to Mure(1980m).
Day 06 : Trek from Mure(1980m) to Seduwa (1460m).
Day 07 : Trek from Seduwa (1460m) to Tashigoan 2070m.
Day 08 : Trek from Tashigoan to Kauma Kharka (3470m).
Day 09 : Trek from Kauma to Mumbuk (3570m) via Shipton La (4250m).
Day 10 : Trek from Mumbuk to Nehe Kharka (3670m)
Day 11 : Rest day at Nehe Kharka (3670m) for acclimatization.
Day 12 : Trek from Nehe Kharka (3670m) to Merek (4340m)
Day 13 : Trek from Merek (4340m) to Makalu Base Camp 5000m.
Day 14 : Rest day at Makalu Base Camp 5000m for acclimatization.
Day 15 : Trek from Makalu Base Camp to French Camp.
Day 16 : Trek from French Camp to East Col Camp.
Day 17 : Trek from highcamp to Baruntse basecamp via Sherpani Col (5,700m)
Day 18 : Trek from Baruntse base camp (5,700m) to Seto Pokhari .
Day 19 : Trek from Seto Pokhari to Amphu lapcha high camp(5,400m).
Day 20 : Cross Amphu Laptsa pass (5,850m), trek to Imja valley (5,100m).
Day 21 : Trek from Chukung (4730m) to Lobuche via Kongma la pass.
Day 22 : Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep.
Day 23 : Trek from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and trek to Pheriche.
Day 24 : Trek from Pheriche to Tyangboche.
Day 25 : Trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar.
Day 26 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla.
Day 27 : Trek Lukla to Kathmandu, evening farewell dinner.
Day 28 : After this amazing trek if you are interested for other activities like Safari, Rafting, Biking, Tours, Peak climbing or more trekking in other region we organize trip according to your desire. If you decide to leave Nepal we will transfer to airport for your onward destination.
